For Pre-Wedding Shoot

Is there any room(s) for me to change and to do my make-up?

For Pre-Wedding Shoot

Is there any room(s) for me to change and to do my make-up?
Yes, there is a changing room available at the venue(s) which is also a suitable area for hair & make-up preparation.  
 
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
You can opt to take your photos indoor - or - for more adventurous, interesting and unique portraitures, why not take the photos under the rain?
 
Is there any food provided during the pre-wedding shoot?
Unfortunately, food is not provided. You will have to bring your own snacks. However, there are a few local eateries located outside the property. Also, we could help you arrange for F&B upon request. A small fee applies.
 
Is it possible for us to do a flexi-hour shoot instead of following the agreed session time-frame?
This is possible - subjected to the following :
1) Your photography is also agreeing to a flexi-hour shoot
2) The shoot be completed within the day
3) No other bookings is made for the day of your photo shoot
 
When will I get my deposit reimbursed?
Your deposit will be reimbursed in 6 working days. A cheque in your name(s) will be written out to you.
 
Is the venue exclusive to me during the time of my rental?
For Bridal Shops/ Wedding Photographers

If you have rented a full day / half day session, we  allow you to bring more than 1 couple to the venue for a cost effective shoot. But only a maximum of 10 people in total (including photographers, artists and assistants) per session. Kindly also adhere to the individual loading requirements at each venue (i.e. the amount of people allowed at ONE time in the tree house)

 
For Couples
Yes if you have rented the half a day block the entire half day will only have you as the wedding couple. The next couple will only come in the next session.
 

For Stays / Events

Can I bring in my own caterer, decorations and entertainment?
Yes, you can definitely bring in your own caterer, decoration and entertainment. But please be mindful that the food from the caterer is "halal" and the decorations used are not harmful to the environment. Needless to say, the caterer must clear up after themselves.
 
The maximum capacity of the road/ bridge leading to the venue is a 1 ton lorry.
 
Alternatively, you can have a look at our event packages for a helping hand.
 
Are there any transport provided?
No transportation will be provided. However, if you have a planner, he/she can plan the logistics for you and your guests. A van shuttle is advisable.
 
How many cars can park at any one time?
The parking lot can cater to 10 cars at one time. This is to ensure that your venue’s environment is not cluttered up with cars rather than Mother Nature.
 
In the event of my function being held at night, will there be a problem driving in and out of the venue?
Please drive slowly and carefully and keep your eyes on the road as well as your car headlights switched on at all times. There are no street lamps but the road is fairly easy. 
 
What if I have more guests staying than the maximum number allowable?
If you are able to plan with your co-ordinator in advance, he/she can negotiate for additional beds (chargeable) to be placed into the rooms
 
Will there be mosquito's?
Our eco venues are exactly what it means by “eco”, venues are either in secondary jungles or in the heart of a forest amongst greenery. Best to bring mosquito repellent or anything else to that effect.
 
Is there proper restrooms for guests?
Yes each of our venues have proper restrooms. For Dusun Garden Fairies, events above 50 people would require your own rental of mobile lavatories.
 
What is the cut off time for any events?
For all venues, loud music and the actual partying must end by 12.00 midnight.
 
What time can my vendors come in to setup at the venue?
Subject to availability, if you want the setup day block exclusively for you a rental may be incurred.
 
When must my vendors dismantle all setup at the venue?
Immediately after the event or latest by the next day (even if it is a public holiday).
